Primary functions include:
- Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features
- Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers on designing, developing and deploying features to a production environment

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and namespaces
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL server 2008+ and best practices for database optimization for moderate to large data sets
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work effectively
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members, stakeholders and other application users of various levels of technical expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and debug application issues
- Have an “improvement focused” attitude and approach toward yourself and your work
Nice to Have:
- Experience with integrating and creating RESTful APIs
- Ability to recognize business needs of stakeholders and design custom software to meet those needs
- Experience in testing code for functionality requirements before launching into production
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Azure and Visual Studio development tools
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification is a plus

Phone Interview

Be prepared for a 15 – 30 minute phone conversation at your scheduled time. You’re going to do great, and we can’t wait to chat with you!
In-Person Interview
We liked your application and our phone conversation went well. Wow, you’re killing it! After the phone interview you will receive an email asking you to schedule an in-person interview at a time convenient for you.
Offer Letter
Okay, we NEED you to be a part of this team. We’ve just sent you an offer letter via email that outlines your starting compensation and some of the benefits we offer. Will you accept our offer, and more importantly, when can you start?
Acceptance
You’ve accepted and we couldn’t be more excited to grow as a team with you! All that’s left to do is complete a substance test and allow us to run a background check before your first day of employment with us. The substance test will be during a specific time window and at a designated location near you.
