Qualifications

- Have an “improvement focused” attitude and approach toward yourself and your work
Nice to Have:
- Experience with integrating and creating RESTful APIs
- Ability to recognize business needs of stakeholders and design custom software to meet those needs
- Experience in testing code for functionality requirements before launching into production
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Azure and Visual Studio development tools
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification is a plus

You’re a team player with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or something related), 1-2 years of industry experience, and a kick-ass design portfolio showcasing a range of web, mobile, and branding pieces. You have a passion for clean, beautiful design, which means you also have an excellent grasp of color theory, design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy. User experience fuels everything you do, and you’re familiar with the process of creating sitemaps and wireframes as an essential step for building a website that serves to delight its target audience. You have expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and you cringe at the idea of destructive editing techniques. You work well under pressure and eat tight deadlines for breakfast (Coffee is also acceptable). In spite of your deep-seated hatred for all Microsoft products, you have a pretty good grasp of Microsoft Word and can still put aside your differences to make a beautiful PowerPoint presentation when needed. You respect yourself too much to use Comic Sans, Papyrus, Hobo, or Lobster II on anything you do unless it is specifically making fun of Comic Sans, Papyrus, Hobo, or Lobster II. You’re able to find appropriate content and willing to learn HubSpot software to schedule posts to our company and client social media accounts, as well as monitor the success of those posts to increase brand awareness.
Brownie Points
Because we’re a small team, we tend to wear a lot of hats (some of us even literally wear hats). Experience in any of the following areas is great but not a requirement:
- Creating Squarespace sites
- Sketch Software
- Copywriting & Content Creation
- Illustration
- Photography and/or Video Experience

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist that is comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Our tech team is made of experienced technicians providing services to clients in multiple industries and primarily located in Charlotte, NC. This position requires a team player who is comfortable collaborating directly with clients and other members of the SeedSpark team. While most of our products and services are consistent; our client’s environments are unique and require a strong attention to detail and a high level of execution.
Primary functions include:
- Troubleshooting, installing and configuration of PC’s/Macs
- Excellent communication skills
- Installation and monitoring of networking components and routers
- Backup/Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
- Exchange and O365 support and configuration
- VoIP phone system installation and management
- Wireless AP installation and troubleshooting
- Mobile Device Management and configuration implementation
- Accurate and prompt exchanges with our ticketing systems
